Product Manager · Product Analyst · Sr. Business Systems Analyst
I turn regulated,
complicated systems
into products people trust.
Eleven-plus years across QA, business systems analysis, and product — including three-plus years owning the full product lifecycle in finance, healthcare, and eCommerce. I'm at my best where the domain is dense and the stakes are real: a state-mandated claims platform, a bank's transaction-monitoring model, a HIPAA-bound telehealth workflow. I blend technical fluency, customer empathy, and data-driven decision-making to ship things that hold up.

How I work
Fluent with the engineers
I came up through QA and systems analysis, so I can read the API contract, write the SQL, and scope honestly instead of guessing at effort.
Quality as a product feature
Years of leading QA taught me that traceability, acceptance criteria, and evaluation frameworks are what let a team move fast without breaking trust.
Comfortable in regulated rooms
HIPAA, DHCS, audit and compliance reviews. I've learned to treat constraints as design inputs rather than obstacles to negotiate away.
Decide in the open
Written requirements, visible trade-offs, one clear owner per decision. Governance reviews go smoothly when nobody has to guess the why.
